Can't access setting for a Spotify for Developers app

My Question or Issue

I want to make an app using the Spotify Web Api.

I successfully made an app in the dashboard, but when I try to access the settings for the app I get the following error: "Something went wrong, we were not able to get your app. Try again later."

Is there something I can do or should I just wait a bit more in the hopes it will fix itself?

Same here. I have tried restarting my computer and router but nothing seems to fix it. I think its on Spotify's end.
