Can't create an app

When I am trying to create an app, I am getting this error - Your account is not ready, please wait a few minutes and try again.

All fields are filled.

In the Redirect URl filed , you add this http://example.com, it solved my problem.

I have added https://spotify.apkflames.com/playlist-generator , where I will host my Playlist Generator tool, but it didn't solved my issue.

It is solved now, I tried after 1hour and my app was created smoothly.

It worked for me as soon as I typed in the redirect URI field: 

https://example.org/callback
