Can't find commercial App Integration Request

Hi! I have to try to find the commercial app integration form however when I attempt to go to the link provided on the support page it brings me back to the dashboard. I already have a Client ID.

Hey there,

Sorry for the late reply! You can find this form when you click: "Create An App" and then you'll find a link at: "I understand that I will need permission from Spotify before using this app in a commercial project" which points you to the right form.

The text "I understand that I will need permission from Spotify before using this app in a commercial project" no longer appears when creating an app. Therefore, I cannot find the link to the form for the commercial integration request. Can someone please send me the link.
