Cannot Create App For Developers

Hello Spotify Developer Support,

I am unable to create an application through the Spotify Developer Dashboard.

I have investigated the issue through Chrome DevTools and confirmed that Spotify's app-creation endpoint is returning HTTP 403 Forbidden.

Request:

POST /api/ws4d/v1/applications

HTTP Status:

403 Forbidden

The response from Spotify is:

This appears to be a Spotify backend IAM/service-account authorization issue rather than an invalid application configuration.

I have already tested the application with only Web API enabled and a valid HTTPS redirect URI.

Could you please escalate this to the Spotify Developer Platform engineering team and check the permissions/provisioning for the application-creation service?
