Clicking "submitting a quota extension request" redirects back to "Basic Information"

My Question or Issue
Spent a while troubleshooting this with support only to be directed here for my issue, as they didn't have the abilities to solve it. If I go to Spotify developer > Dashboard > myApp > User Management > click the link "submitting a quota extension request" > and it just redirects back to the Basic Information tab. This continues on everytime you click the link.
