Combined genre playlists

I’m not a developer, I’m a carpenter. We listen to Spotify all day in the workshop, and usually listen to artists radio playlists to get a shuffled playlist but then change to a different genre after an hour or so.

We like a flow of music and can go through quite a few genres in a day. We feel like a real improvement to Spotify would be a ‘Spotify Flow’ playlist which would combine your daily playlists but that would also have the option to slowly merge between genres (40 minutes of each genre?) or a full shuffle mode where all the songs and genres you listen to are entirely mixed.

I’m totally up for Metallica followed by Dolly Parton, that’s my idea of a good time. 

Please can someone more intelligent than me make this happen.
