Comes nill in queries after a certain number of reboots of the swift simulator

My Question or Issue

I'm writing a music app, take data from spotify api. I make queries and get recommended albums, playlists and tracks from the server. Periodically I restart the simulator to adjust the design, but after n number of restarts the data from the spotify server stops coming, as if I exceed some limit. The problem goes away if I log in to the application under a new account, but the problem comes back again after n number of restarts of the simulator. What could be the problem?!

Which endpoints do you use to get those recommendations? I don't know about them.

I have attached a file with the code for requesting recommendations on spoti. I've sort of figured out the root cause of my error. After about 1 day the data starts coming in again filling in the constants. Apparently there are actually some limitations in the number of requests per server in 1 day per server.
