CreatePlaylist starting returning a 200 instead of 201 for successful results!  This broke my application since I was looking for a 201.

The same thing happened to me a few hours ago. Spotify has now broken their API in 3 different ways this week

Same for the "Add items to playlist" request.

Documentation says it should return a 201 but I've getting 200 for a while.

I encountered this also. think that POST request returns 200 and PUT request returns 201. anyway I'm checking for both codes now.
