Seriously!
My bug report needs to be taken seriously by a Spotify employee.
The Community is fantastic, but I do not expect it to have very much experience with multizone systems nor is it its responsibility.
How can I report a bug and get attention followed by insightful feedback?!

Not acceptable. Spotify is a paid service and not some sort of GitHub project.
Any other paid service would have a ticket system.
Comparing with e.g. Apple becomes outrageous. Their service is amazingly good.
