Does Spotify API provide an on-demand playback field for playlists?

For users without Premium, some Spotify-generated personalized playlists (like genre mixes and the Weekly Discovery) have on-demand playback on mobile and others don't. And what I mean by on-demand playback is that songs are displayed like they would be in Premium and you're able to just play a song by pressing on it as opposed to being forced to shuffle-play the playlist.

Does the Spotify API provide a field that indicates whether or not this is true for a playlist?
