Embed players disappear from website

Hi

I'm developing a website for a customer - it's an online memoire and the client would like to have Spotify playlists throughout the various pages / chapters. The client has created numerous Spotify playlists for each of his chapters and I am getting the embed code direct from Spotify.

The website is built in Drupal 9 and the client has a premium account in the UK.

Cutting and pasting the embed code into the page editor works fine and after initially saving the page the embedded player works fine. Then, after a relatively short period of time (hours rather than days) the players disappear.

This is totally browser independent. I can't see it being a CORS issue or similar as the playlists do appear for a period of time.

Any thoughts?
