Embedded Web Player Issue

We are noticing an issue with some of our embedded players while on desktop (it doesn't seem to have an impact on mobile). When reloading the page, one of 3 things will happen:

- either the player is displayed correctly

- or it's displayed but empty (no songs but the header is there)

- or this message is displayed instead: 

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111
