Error " Your client does not have permission to get URL"

Hello There ,

I'm a web developer and I use Spotify APIs . Yesterday , I bought 3 new VPS servers from Germany location but I haven't been able to establish a connection between these servers and the Spotify API and using a browser to access spotify.com , I get the following message : 

Error: Forbidden

Your client does not have permission to get URL / from this server.

The IPs for my new VPS servers are :

161.97.112.108

161.97.112.118

157.90.195.140

It seems to me that these IPs are blocked by spotify . I'm the new owner of these IPs . Can you please tell me why these IPs are blocked and also unban these IPs . Is there any e-mail or teams responsible for unbanning IPs ? If so , how can I contact them ?
