Excessive popups of deals on phone and tablets

My Question or Issue

Every time I've opened Spotify on my tablet or phone recently, or even went back and forth between home and my music, I get the duo popup and it's getting extremely annoying to keep having to close it.  I am a paying member and shouldn't have to deal with spammed popups every time I go to do something.  I don't mind if comes up once or twice letting me know but not that much.   My music on both devices also seems to randomly stop recently while listening to it and I would be shocked if that has something to do with it.   I have attempted to find settings to turn it off but can't find anything.   Please do something to limit these popups.
