Quota extension rejection reason

Quota extension rejection reason

Hi, I recently applied for a quota extension so I could release a web-app to the public - I see that this request has been rejected, but can’t seem to see any reason attached to the rejection. Is it possible to see the reason for rejection so that I can make any required changes?

Hi there and welcome to the forum!

All communications around your extended quota request will be sent to the email attached to your Spotify account. Make sure it's up to date and check your spam folder. If there isn't anything there, please send a private message with your client id and we can investigate why the email didn't reach you.

Hi @ohej, how can I contact you or send a private message with the same issue and question? My request was rejected without any explanation or reason. When I click "Message" on your profile, it loads the note-to-user-id/ page, but it's empty.

Hi! I'm currently experiencing the same issue. It also leads me to a blank page when I try private messaging. This also isn't my main account, I created a new one because I didn't receive an email to verify my community profile either.

I just found out, going to settings. You can accept the private message consent agreement allowing you to private chat.
