Question: Wondering why featured playlists for past years (i.e. 1990) have most of their songs from 2019-2020? Tried pulling a US featured playlist (@ https://developer.spotify.com/console/get-featured-playlists/) with the following date: 1990-10-04T14:23:20, but most of the songs are from 2020. Is this working as designed?

Examples:

Hey Ma by Bon Iver - released in 2019

It Ain't Easy by Delta Spirit - released in 2020

Feel You by My Morning Jacket - released in 2020
