Is it possible to create generate playlists based on existing playlists but with the (maximum of ten thousand/or preferred number of) titles?

By providing a link to a List of content creators, genres, albums, preferred available lists and a desired number of items.

Total or minimum and maximum, …with minumum and maximum values one can get to be surprised by the spotify scripts.
