Genres that can be used for filtering in Spotify API query

I was wondering which genres can be used in the query when searching for songs/albums? (q="genre:.....") Is there a full list of all genres that can be used for filtering? (where the sub-genres which are included in one genre can be seen)

is there a way to see the subgenres of one genre as well? or is it only possible at the everynoise?

No, the genres are NOT based on your profile. This endpoint works even if you authorize using the client credentials flow, which does not require you to authorize a user. The only things that are possible with the web API are those which are documented at https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference.
