Get large collection of user playlists

Hi !

Can you study to increase the number of items returned in a "Get a List of Current User's Playlists" => https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/playlists/get-a-list-of-current-users-...  ?

Because many users are now having thousands of playlists (we got some users with more than 10 000 playlist created / followed).

Loading them 50 by 50 is taking a huge amount of time and requests, which make that almost impossible. At least increasing to 100 will be reduce by the 2 time and volume.
