Getting written permission to use embeds in a game

Hi Spotify Dev team and community,

I'm working on a browser-based music game. It's a social, music discovery experience that encourages players to reflect on their musical intuition and history.

I was originally planning on using APIs to play music in the browser/app. But then spotted that it is prohibited for apps to use APIs for games/quizzes (beyond individually providing access for <25 users).

So now I'm exploring powering playback via the Embed player.

I’ve read the [Spotify Embeds Terms of Use](https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/embeds/terms), which state that written permission is required for use of Spotify content in games or quizzes.

How can I formally request that written permission to use the Spotify Embed player in this kind of experience?
