How often I can update the name and tracks in a playlist (without getting banned)?

I am trying to create a website that allows users to generate a playlist based on their desired mood and genre. For now, all playlists are created and shared from my Spotify account. Eventually, I want to create the playlists on the user's account, but this feature is more challenging to implement, so I wish to avoid it for now.

However, when I tried to create playlists on my own account, I got banned. Despite never receiving a rate limit error, I think I was banned because I created too many playlists too quickly (along with making them public and giving them the same name).

I plan to avoid future bans by creating an initial set of collaborative playlists with unique names. I will rewrite their names and tracks whenever the user requests a new playlist. I also plan to debounce playlist updates by waiting a certain amount of time after the user’s last mood/genre selection before sending a rewrite request to Spotify.

Does anyone know, either officially or from experience, how often one can safely update the name and tracks in a playlist without getting their account banned? How often can one create new playlists? In the future, when I allow users to create playlists on their own account, I want to ensure they don't get banned by exceeding the playlist creation limit either. I can't find any concrete info on these limits.

Sorry for the long, rambling post and thank you for the help.
