I am getting a 502 Bad gateway error when trying to access the player API

When working on a C#/Blazor project that uses the SpotifyApi.Web nuget package (https://github.com/JohnnyCrazy/SpotifyAPI-NET) I am repeatedly getting a "SpotifyAPI.Web.APIException: Bad gateway" error. I am attempting to call the https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/queue endpoint to add a track into the users queue, and it worked about a week ago, but now consistently gives me the above error. I have tried everything I can think on my end, and have waited a week to see if it would resolve itself, but I am now out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated!

We started to see this error in early December. The problem appears to be prevalent in Europe where once encountered songs will not play. We have tried modifying the apps behaviour and both Spotify JS-SDK - v1.10.0-fb33cf7 andv1.10.0-e9dc0b8 but have not been able to improve the situation.   

What region of the world are you seeing this issue?

I am working from the UK. Interestingly, it intermittently works for no discernible reason.
