I deleted my old account and created a new one for a fresh start... Howeve

I deleted my old account and created a new one for a fresh start...
However, I can't change my new account's email to the older one, and my email seems to be still taken even after the 16 days that I must wait...
I even tried to check if the email is really still in use through the forgot password, and it says that no account is linked to my old email address.
