Is it possible to submit a web api library to be listed on the docs?

Hi,

I maintain spotify-web-api-kotlin, a Kotlin multiplatform library with 72 stars targeting Android, JS (client-side as well as Node.JS), JVM, and macOS/Windows/Linux.

There are currently no listed Kotlin libraries on the Web API Libraries page on the docs, nor any listed native libraries, so I was wondering what the criteria to appear on that page would be.
