Issue with /images playlist endpoint

Hi!

For a couple of days, the endpoint to update a playlist image here: https://developer.spotify.com/console/put-playlist-images/

It is taking more and more time to respond; we set a timeout of 20s for the CURL request but very often reach it.

Have you made any changes to this endpoint recently? Any idea what could be the issue?
