Keep getting 415 ('Unsupported Media Type') when trying to refresh and access token.

Hi all,
Anyone dealt with a 415 response- error when trying to refresh and access token?  See attached file to see code.

Hey!

Checking in to see if I can help. Here are two suggestions for you to experiment with:

1. Replace  form: with params: and see if your code runs as expected,
2. should 1 not resolve the issue, try separating the Header and body of the request (h/t Stack Overflow suggestion)
