Keywords monitoring via search endpoint

I've a website with some playlist ids saved in my database.
I'd like to monitor my playlists positions among search results by given keywords for a few markets.
I'm not planning to do anything else but keeping track of each playlist poisition change over time.
I've read the Section IV Restriction of terms and conditions and i don't understand if i'd fall into Improper use, since even saving playlist info into my own database would be "retrieve, duplicate, or index any portion of the Spotify Service or Spotify Content (which includes playlist data)"

I don't know if it is allowed or not, but one heads up:

Spotify personalises search results, and will not display them in the same order for everyone. (See the screenshots I made om my main, and free account.)
