List of songs to exclude in Get Recommendations

I am experimenting with using Spotify API and have stumbled upon the Get Recommendations call:

I was wondering is there a way to add a parameter for songs to exclude, or page index?
Say I want to generate 300 similar songs for example, I can send a song_list to exclude in the results, or just have an X available number of pages if there was any

Or if it is possible to get the newest songs first for example
