API Request Limit for Enriching Million Playlist Dataset

Hi there Developer Community
In my thesis I am researching recommender systems and would like to enrich the Million Playlist Dataset with audio features. The Developer App does however limit my requests and since it is only used for research it does not meet the requirements to be extended to a quota mode where the API request limit is higher. Does anybody have an idea how to approach this?
