Manage the ramdom

Hi,

Is it possible to implement a private rating (1-5 heart or star) for a song and, depend of the number of the rating the song is play more or less in the ramdom of my playlist (idea is to have only one playlist with all my songs).

Example

Songs tag with 5 stars, I want to listen them often, songs with 1 stars only sometimes. And by default they are all équals with 3 stars.
