Help finding music charts by year and region at the week level

My Question or Issue

Hi Community,

I am new to using the developer side and using the API, so apologies in advance if I am asking a noob question. I want to research and analyze top songs, at the week level, that were listened to/stream in the Middle East region and specific countries during the Arab Spring in 2011. I was curious to know if people here know where to try and find this data within Spotify or if there is a way to search for this information using the API.

I am using R Studio and a API wrapper so I have not dived into the API documentation too deep but can do so if I need to make custom calls.

I would appreciate any advice or suggestions, I tried searching for a billboard 100 or something similar to that in the Middle East for the 2010s but its proving challenging.
