My app says "Disabled and blocked" without any way to contact

My Question or Issue

I've been using the Spotify API for years without any issue, and didn't really change anything I was doing, but my app suddenly just stopped working a few days ago, and the App Status now says "Disabled and blocked". I've looked at a few other posts with similar issues on here, and most of them mention some kind of message they received or were supposed to receive. I didn't receive any kind of message or email whatsoever, and I can't find any way to contact or email anyone about this. So I would appreciate some information about how I can proceed or who I can talk to to get this resolved. Thanks!

Bumping because I have the exact same problem

I kinda goofed and got this problem too, make a script taht accidentally looped, commented out a sleep timer and left the process running in the background like a dork. anybody find a way to reverse this
