My live streams have stopped updated and reverted to an old update.

The track was on 16k+ live updated streams and then a few hours later I was logged out of the app and when I logged back in it was an old update that shows up on Spotify streams rather than artist app streams. And hasn’t updated since then even though we’ve had consistent listeners. Please help as I really need to be able to see these stats.
