Need to know the API pricing and rules

I am building an app that will play music based on the BPM. Initially, I will allow users to keep using my app for free and after 6 months I will start charging my users (using a subscription plan). But my app will always be free to download for any user. 

In my app, users will not be able to download music. The primary app requirement is to play music based on BPM.

Questions

Does my app follow the Spotify commercial rules?

Do I need to purchase an API plan or I can use it for free?

Is there any rate limit on Spotify?

This form has company details fields like address, registered company etc. I do not have a company. I am an individual who is creating the application.

In my country, you are not allowed to earn money on your own as an adult without registering as a company. (It has some exceptions like selling your own stuff as second hand etc.)

is it Spotify's mandatory requirement to have a registered company? In the terms and conditions, they have not mentioned any such clause.
