Needing help with outputting artist/track data into a workbook

My Question or Issue:

I'm an artist/developer attempting to create an in-depth top chart for the artists in my genre (Glitchbreak). I have collected a sample size of 143 artists, with IDs/URIs. What I'm trying to do is essentially write code that accesses the list of artists (50 at a time) and outputs their artists information fields into one sheet of a workbook. Then, I want to return their top tracks (track name, ID, popularity index, album), combined with audio features. This would be outputted into separate sheets in the workbook.

I'm wondering if there are any resources out there that could help me achieve this. I've looked a little on github but wasn't able to find a program that could do this. I know a little bit of python, but am open to using a different language if it's easier to do what I'm wanting.
