Offset issue - repeated output

My Impl with offset worked before like a charm. I wanted to receive e.g. 30 Top-Tracks of an artist.

Top-Tracks yields max 10 tracks- so I tried to fetch another 10 with an offset of 10 - and so on.

Now I just receive 3 times the same 10 Tracks

Did it ever worked for you?

I wonder if it's a bug or if it's a feature that was previously available and then removed 🤔
