Play button missing in app on redirect from link

My Question or Issue

When redirected from my Facebook ad or from my landing page, some are experiencing no play button showing on the Spotify app mobile on iOS. (Have only tried on one Android device - LG G6 running older version of android and did not have issue).

I have personally not experienced this issue on my own device. I replicated the issue on my mom's device (iPhone SE) and little brother's device (iPhone 11 Pro). Issue started when Artist and her manager tried clicking link and had issue (iPhone XR and iPhone X).

Could be they didn't listen for 30 seconds, but the ratio of clicking to not listening would be quite crazy)

On all devices I have cleared Spotify cache - no help

Deleted Spotify, Restarted device, and reinstalled app - no help

Issue persists whether we try from Chrome or Safari.

If anyone has any insights, or can duplicate the issue and advise how to fix, I would appreciate greatly. I have been scratching my head for a couple days now.

Hmm, that looks odd. Could you check the country the account is registered to? Also, could you share the Spotify URI for this track? I'd love to take a closer look.
