Hello,
I am trying to understand is it still possible to get increased access to the spotify api as an indie developer. It would like my application to be open to more users such that I do not need to add them to a list of users in the developer dashboard (develop mode). It seems though that the application for quota extension is hidden in my dashboard. Trying to understand the documentation this is because it is not affliated with an organisation (partner) and it requires more than 250,000 monthly active users? How is this possible for a new app if in develop mode it can only have 25 users. Is there any interim mode in which I am not partenered but still have increased user capacity? The documentation appears to not be fully clear (unless no one can ever start an app again).
