Question about the testing of my application - Extension Request

Hello,
I have developed an application and have reached the point of publishing it. Now I would like to fill out the application form so that my application can be verified. However, I am unclear how to provide access to test my app.
"Credentials to a free demo/test account - Test credentials for testing your app's functionality in full. Make sure to include how we can successfully use the credentials to log in."

My app should make individual functions such as skipping songs controllable from another service. The problem is that you need a kind of premium account of the other service, which I cannot provide for testing (among other things because of 2-factor authentication).

I am willing to record a detailed video of the testing of my application, which shows all functionalities, and attach it, as it is really not very extensive. i would also provide the source code in the request.

Does anyone have experience with this and know if this is enough? Are there any suggestions or guidelines on how I could approach this problem?

I think if you don't include Spotify account credentials for testing, they use their own.
