Quota Extension Reject

Hello,

We are a funded start-up in the process of releasing a music application and associated product.

We keep getting quota rejections from Spotify, with no guidance or messaging as to why.  We have followed Spotify's T&C pretty closely and need more information from the team on what we can do to bring our platform into alignment.

We'd appreciate it if a rejection reason would be given, or if we could get in touch with the development team.
