Quota Extension Request in Review for over 6 weeks

My Question or Issue

I have submitted a quota extension request on August 23rd for my app named 'Shmack'. Our client ID is 094f1d26a6564291a73dd3dc29610bdf . The app is currently in the development mode. The request has been in review for beyond the 6 week timetable that was given to our team, and I am reaching out for an update on the status of the request. We have a lot of things dependent on this quota extension review and it would be deeply appreciated if we received a response as soon as possible. The team and I have worked on this project for years now and its progress has been entirely halted by this review being at a standstill. From my extensive research, there is nothing in violation or not in congruence with the current Spotify iOS SDK on our iOS app. If there is anything in our power to expedite the review process please let us know.
