Quota extension request rejected

Hola developers out there,

I recently submitted the extension request for one of my social media applications we have been developing, here is the use case.

Users can create short videos out of images and videos by applying the audio to them, they can search for a specific audio file from the library and apply the music to the image or video selected from their phone device.

Our app then will merge the image and audio or video and audio to generate a new mp4 file.

Can anybody suggest what changes to make in order to get approval for the extension request?
