Response to commercial license application

Hi there!

I submitted an application for a commercial license around 6 months ago while I was developing an application that makes use of the Spotify API.

Unfortunately I still have not heard back, and am curious about the best way to get this resolved. I designed the application and its features to ensure it is compliant with all the restrictions placed upon commercial applications, and if there are any issues I would be happy to rectify them to become compliant.

Hi,

Same issue here. I filled in the form back in march 2024, still no response... Customer service claims they don't have any contact information of the development department either, so they keep telling me to go to the developer website (which is a dead end) and/or use this community forum (which includes multiple unresolved threads like this). The situation is quite hopeless...
