My Question or Issue:

We would like to integrate Spotify Connect with our device. We have diligently followed the instructions provided on your website and submitted the Hardware Partner Application(Not use a system integrator) nearly two months ago, but we have not yet received a response.

Could you please direct us to the appropriate contact person in charge of this issue? This would greatly help us in following up more efficiently.

Hello!

To follow up on integrating Spotify Connect with your device in Hong Kong, as a hardware partner, you can reach out to Spotify directly through their dedicated contact channels for hardware partners. Unfortunately, I don't have specific contact details, but you can typically find them on Spotify's developer or partner program pages. Look for support or contact options related to hardware integration or partnerships. Providing your application reference or details when contacting them will help expedite your inquiry.

We have the same issue. We followed the onboarding steps  and completed a Hardware Partner Application in MARCH. That is FOUR MONTHS ago. 

 

To add insult to injury, I've become embroiled in some kafta-eque saga with the Service Desk & Certomato Access, who are being incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful.

 

How are we supposed to perform a hardware integration with Spotify if not by following the official documentation?

Same issue here. I filled in the form back in march 2024, still no response... Customer service claims they don't have any contact information of the development department either, so they keep telling me to go to the developer website (which is a dead end) and/or use this community forum (which includes multiple unresolved threads like this). The situation is quite hopeless...
