STOP a preview play when user advances page

I am using knightlab timeline to create a page-through memoir. (It's a js tool, but most of that is unknown to me. I just put my contents into a google sheet, and they build the pages.)

Mostly, I use one-off youtube vids. But I have a few spotify playlists in my timeline as well. The spreadsheet just asks for a url. 

The problem I'm having is this. When I advance the page, a youtube vid will automatically stop itself but a spotify playlist keeps playing, even once I'm no longer on that page.

Is there any kind of tag or toggle or parameter that I could use in the url or even in an iframe embed that will STOP the vid? If I try to go into the java code, it's going to be way over my head.
