Song radio API

I am aware that Spotify's API does not have a way to get the song radio for a song but I was wandering if there is a way to get the tracks of a song radio by only providing the track id and if not whether you are planning on making it a feature in the future because the get recommendations option seems to not produce results as good as the song radio.
