I am trying to login to spotify for developers https://developer.spotify.com but after I click on log in in the top right or "log in and run code" and log in either using facebook, google, or a direct account (I tried all 3) the page just reloads and nothing happens.
I am using Windows 10, and have tried all 3 login methods, have tried on Google Chrone and Microsoft Edge, and have tried on incognito and after deleting browser cache. Not sure what else to try but would like to use the api.
Some advice or direct support would be super appreciated.

It's been happening to me as well for over a week now. It seems to be working on my phone, but on my PC it just reloads the page.

Still a problem, same thing here, tried both Firefox and Chromium on Manjaro Linux. I've tried deleting cache, running in incognito mode, disabling all add-ons and updated the system.
Do they really not care so much that we can't login for 4 months?
The same goes for me. No matter how many different accounts and web browsers I have already used but every time it displays 'this page dashboard couldn't load'. It's been more than a month and I couldn't get the API till now. can anyone tell us the solution to the problem?
It works on mobile so maybe we should start using android emulators to work with Spotify?

Yeah interesting that there's no response from Spotify here. But yeah the solution is to create the app on mobile, then after you can modify the app settings on a browser.

Hey @kieronbramley @Tyler1232321. I have a troubleshooting suggestion, could you make sure that your computer's clock time is set to the correct time? If it isn't then that may cause problems when logging in.
