Spotify podcast embed player not working outside US

Hello Everyone! Seeking support regarding a newly noticed issue on our end. We use the Spotify podcast embed player on our website page for a podcast, Windows Insider. https://insider.windows.com/en-us/podcasts

We recently heard from community members outside of the US that the Spotify embed player does not show. See attached screenshot. It says the podcast file is not available. Is this because Spotify is not available in all countries? I didn't think it mattered since the embed pulls from the hosting site RSS. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
