Spotify search API returns incorrect results (compared to web app)

Spotify search API returns incorrect results (compared to web app)

When searching for e.g. "Who Are You ? - Lilova" in the spotify app, I get the correct song ID: "Who Are You ? - Lilova" returned at index 1.

When I perform the query via the API:
curl 'https://api.spotify.com/v1/search?type=track&limit=10&q=Who+Are+You+%3F+-+Lilova' \
-H 'sec-ch-ua: "Not)A;Brand";v="24", "Chromium";v="116"' \
-H 'DNT: 1' \
-H 'sec-ch-ua-mobile: ?0' \
-H 'User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/116.0.0.0 Safari/537.36' \
-H 'Accept: application/json, text/plain, */*' \
-H 'Referer: https://www.spotlistr.com/' \
-H 'sec-ch-ua-platform: "macOS"' \
--compressed

I obtain incorrect results, not including this track. Might be related to URL-encoding of special characters?
