SpotifyApi, 403 'Forbidden'

Hello ! I want to access my account's player to manage playbacks.

According to API I received the token and passed in the header - rules

{ "scope", "user-modify-playback-state"}

In response, I received a status of 200 and a token, also the rights that I requested.

But when I make a Pause Playback request - "https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/player/pause" I get a 403 - 'Forbidden' response.

In the request, I specify only the token
